552 Error

  1. This issue will happen one by one gradually and finally all users accessing the woocommerce will face this issue properly once a month.
  2. This is a kind of technical issue and when this occurs on one of the woocommerce users, please inform the tech team immediately.
  3. The bug fix will last only a few minutes and can be accessed to woocommerce again as soon as the fix is done and refreshing the woocommerce page.
  4. Suggestion : When an issue occurs on woocommerce and after fixing, please clear the browser cache and access to My Medicine woocommerce site via www.mymedicine.com.mm.



404 Error

This issue is happening mostly on woocommerce admin users (who already login as admin users).

This can happen possibly for the following reasons.

1) When the expired non-existing link (like the old promotion links) is accessed

2) When the admin login session is expired in the backend and has not noticed


When this error 404 case happens, please clear the browser cache and then login again to woocommerce with mmsecret login in the link www.mymedicine.com.mm/mmsecretlogin/ and login with your admin account.
